Kenn Backhaus Workshop 
The Key Element for More Successful and Dynamic Paintings

For this one-day workshop leave your paints, brushes and canvas at home to better allow yourself to be immersed in a creative development opportunity.

In this workshop Kenn will share how this key element opened doors to help improve his creative process with great results. This mental growth and development workshop will energize and better prepare you for your next painting opportunity. Properly directing ones creative energy, efforts and goals will result in thoughtful, diverse, yet spontaneous works. Defining that one initial key element that artists usual neglect to consider, will open doors and allow you to discover new boundaries. This key element is what hinges all creative considerations during the painting process. For myself, neglecting proper creative procedures and goals left me as an artist with “happenstance” results.

Through a visual presentation along with an insightful lecture Kenn will define and explain the importance of this mostly forgone key element and how past Masters and some of the leading Contemporary artists of today use this key element to develop their own unique and dynamic works of art.

There will be a question and answer period after the presentation and we will end the day with a critique session. Supplies: Bring an energetic mind and spirit, a notebook and if your care to participant bring one painting for the critique session.
