Serving artists since 1998, American Impressionist Society offers our members opportunities in exhibitions, workshops, panel discussions, painting demonstrations, critiques, paint outs, lectures and tours.

Open to all AIS members, our Paint Out will be exhibited at Somerville Manning Gallery on August 5. No fee to participate, preregistration is required.
What is a Paint Out? Read this information if Paint Out's are new to you!
You must have your materials stamped BEFORE you start painting. We will be onsite and stamping at each location listed for each day. Somerville Manning Gallery will be stamping materials from 10 am - 4 pm Tuesday-Friday.
We encourage you to explore the many amazing locations in and around Brandywine River Area. You may paint anywhere in the area.
We have arranged for locations to paint and you can register for each location separately.
Artists may turn in one painting, maximum size 12 x 16 on Saturday, August 5 for judging. All work must be for sale. Somerville Manning Gallery will process sales and artists receive 60% commission. Work must be framed.
